Ways To Pay

Cash in UK Pounds Sterling, Euro’s, US Dollars, Turkish Lira, or any other Western Currency at the current rate of exchange.

All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted. Your card statement will be discreetly billed and you will be notified of the payment descriptor when making your payment . Payment by debit or credit card attracts a supplement of 10%. This is to cover our charges and associated costs of taking your card over the telephone as Cardholder Not Present. Unlike many of our competitors, we use a UK Bank to process our credit and debit cards.

Making An Appointment

It’s easy, just give us a call on our number, send us a text or email us. You can book for any reasonable time but you must call or text us during offfice hours. We do not guarantee a same day response by email or online form sorry. You can contact us by mobile on 07732 438311. Please note though, texts to this number are only accepted from regular clients.

Our phone lines are open 10am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 8pm on Saturday and 12noon to 6pm on Sunday.

SMS Service

This service is only available to registered clients of the agency. Non-Registered numbers will be given basic details and asked to confirm by phone. If they wish to become registered then all future appointments can be by text. Please don't use the service for endless questions and descriptions, we're very busy and don't have time to text back and forth constantly. Be precise in your enquiry, tell us who you would like to see, when, where, what time for and the duration of the appointment. "Is Michelle Available" doesn't help as it doesn't tell us when, where, what time etc. Anyone abusing the service will be barred from using it. The SMS service is there are a convenience not a right, therefore please be patient at busy times, we can't always respond in seconds.

Please don't text us with "I'm Lost". If you are lost, please ring. Appointments made by phone then cancelled by text is frowned upon and will get you barred. Descriptions and stats are all available on the site. The 07732 number is not advertised anywhere else apart from this website so there is no need to ask 1000's of questions as we know you've obtained the number from the site in the first place.

We are happy to send out address details to you by text if this proves to be more convenient than scribbling it down on a piece of paper. Ask for a text confirmation when booking and you'll have all the details sent directly to your phone within 5 minutes.

I'm In A Hotel / I Don't Want Your Number Logged On My Phone

Text me on 07732 438311 or call me from a payphone with your mobile or hotel room number and I will gladly call you back.

Please note however, we need to have a verified number or room confirmation before an appointment can proceed. Bookings purely from Payphones are not accepted.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel an appointment, then please let the agency know as soon as possible. We do not have a cancellation policy once the lady has arrived, full payment is required for the time reserved.

Emails & Online Reservation Forms

We will respond to your email and online reservations within 24 hours. Please call us, rather than email, for enquiries that need an immediate answer or for same day appointments.

Unanswered Calls

Your call will always be answered during office hours unless we are busy on another call. If we are busy, please give us 5 or 6 minutes grace and call back. Calls from withheld numbers and timewasters are not answered.

Extending Your Appointment

You can easily extend your appointment, if the lady has scope, either ask the lady to give us a call or you can let us know yourself during the appointment. You can extend with a payment by cash or card. If you have booked 3 hours and decide to decrease to 2 hours, then unless you have informed us in advance, the full appointment time is still payable.

Feedback

We welcome feedback, good or bad about our ladies. You can fill in the feedback form, email us, text or call. If you had a problem with one of our ladies, then please let us know straight away after the appointment, not 2 or 3 days down the line. This helps ensure that the service we provide is of the very highest standard possible

Basic Rules

Don’t book one hour and expect and hour and a half for the same cost. The appointment starts when the lady arrives or you arrive at her location, not after a long chat or drink at the bar.

Don’t text us or call everyday and ask the same questions but never book. You’ll soon be ignored.

Don't submit online forms, make a booking or text us unless you are genuinely interested in an appointment, timewasters are quickly barred by the agency and we can spot timewasters a mile away !!

Our prices are as published. Don’t ask for discounts unless you guarantee to book everyday.
